Workboat Code Edition 3 vessels must have a safety management system implemented and operational: in use, and capable of being evidenced. Not every vessel is on this date.
See TeamTrak WorkboatOne platform, three products
The platform running a working lifeboat station is the same platform underneath all three products. Each one is that core adapted to the language, records and obligations of the work it supports.
A compliance and operations platform for UK workboat operators. Build, use and maintain your safety management system, and manage the work around it: vessels and certification, crew competence, maintenance, evidence and reviews.
Crew, call-outs, equipment, training and records at station level, built around the way a search and rescue team actually operates.
Incident coordination and resource management for community emergency planning: who is available, what resources exist, what has been tasked, and what happened.
Operational pressure exposes weak systems
Fragmented communication, limited visibility of live activity, weak oversight of people, assets and tasks, inconsistent records. In time-critical settings that affects not just efficiency, but control, accountability and confidence.
TeamTrak gives you a clearer operational picture, more structured coordination, and a stronger basis for oversight before, during and after live activity.
Designed around real operations, not assumptions
TeamTrak runs in a working lifeboat station, in the hands of a crew who use it for call-outs, training and equipment every week. Everything in it is there because an operational team asked for it, and anything that got in their way was changed.
The result is software that fits the way an operation works, rather than one more thing to work around.
What you can have, and when
One platform, in service now, with each product ready at a different point. Nothing here is being built from scratch: each product extends a platform that is already running daily operations.
Running daily at a working station.
Available this month, ahead of the 13 December 2026 date.
Community incident coordination. Early conversations open now.
Under consideration once the three UK products are established.
Built by someone who works in the environment
Tony Ross is a technology professional with more than 30 years' experience in software development, including over 20 years in technical leadership and engineering management. He is also an experienced search and rescue volunteer who has held operational, technical and leadership roles within the sector.
That combination of hands-on development alongside real operational experience is why TeamTrak reads like a duty officer's briefing rather than a generic admin tool.
Security and UK hosting
UK-hosted infrastructure
Crew, training and operational records are held on UK-hosted infrastructure.
Access controlled per organisation
Each organisation's data is separated, with access controlled by role.
Your records, exportable
Operational records can be exported, so evidence never sits locked inside one system.
Priced per organisation, quoted on enquiry
Every operation is a different size and shape: fleet, crew, station, region. Tell us what you run and you will get a straight figure back, with no obligation and no drawn-out sales process.
From £1,200 per year for one active vessel, with unlimited crew accounts. Additional vessels priced progressively, with no fleet-tier jump. See Workboat pricing.
Priced per organisation, annually, scaled to station size and crew numbers. See Rescue pricing.
In development, so not yet priced. Read more.
Common questions
Does TeamTrak make us compliant?
No, and we would not claim it does. You remain responsible for your system. TeamTrak captures the records, tasks and evidence in the structure the codes expect, so holding it in order becomes a by-product of running the operation properly rather than an administrative exercise after the fact.
What devices does it run on?
Desktop, tablet and mobile. Crews use it on a phone at the station or on the vessel; oversight and administration are handled on a larger screen.
How long does it take to get started?
Workboat is built to be started the day you sign up: the guided questions and evidence upload begin immediately. Rescue involves a short setup of crew, equipment and training records, which we help with.
Where is our data held?
In UK-hosted infrastructure, with access controlled per organisation. The platform and all associated intellectual property are owned by TeamTrak Ltd.
Can we see it working before we commit?
Yes. Ask for a walkthrough and you will be shown the platform as it runs today, not a mocked-up demo.
Tell us what you run. We'll quote it.
Fleet size, station, team: whatever the shape of the operation, send the detail and you will get a figure back, along with a walkthrough of the platform if you want one.
Investment in TeamTrak
TeamTrak Ltd is raising to take the platform to more operators. The 2026 investor brochure is available on request.
